Oh my "freaking" god!!! This guy is a loser. I was reading Yahoo news today, and according to the site Bush stated that he takes repsonsibility for the failures in helping out Hurricane Katrina, and the terror attacks. What kind of a "freaking" loser of a leader do we have.
